Wicker Warranty...
In case of any structural defect to the PE or Frame in normal conditions of use, we will either repair or replace the item free of charge within 5 years from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claim. The warranty excludes any glass. This warranty also excludes any damage or deterioration due to extreme weather conditions, abuse and lack of proper care and maintenance.
Our Teak ...
Furniture comes from the basics of nature. We start by using only mature quality teak hardwood, which is kiln dried to a moisture-content level to ensure each wood component remains stable and will not shrink or warp. Components are cut using jigs, and all mortise and tenon joints are machine produced to ensure a properly fitting joint. Any curved component (such as chair and bench slats) are not steamed and bent, but rather are cut from solid blocks of mature teakwood. The furniture is assembled using glued, crossed-dowelled mortise and tenon joints, ensuring structural integrity. The process is then elegantly finished using solid brass hardware. You have to sit in our benches and chairs to really appreciate the design that makes our furniture so comfortable.
